BANANA - hmm.. a very delicious fruit. but as they say, "Lahat ng sobra masama"[a Filipino saying about limitations literally means - too much is bad]. I became a bit curious these days about HOW MANY bananas should we intake.
and Luckily, after googling, there is this:
"judging by the information given at whfoods.org (a site I do trust) an average banana has 13.4% of the recommended daily amount of potassium, so 7-8 bananas, if you don’t eat any other foods that are rich in potassium, seems to be the daily norm potassium-wise. Maybe all is not that dangerous"
